Shipping and Return Policies

Return Policy

Return requests must be made to Planet Devon within 14 days after you receive your order. All returns require prior authorization. Only products that are unused and in their original packaging and condition may be returned for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made using the original payment method or store credit. We will refund the price of the item and any applicable sales tax. Shipping will not be refunded. Please email us at and provide your order number.

If we made a mistake in fulfilling your order and you received the wrong product, we will pay for return shipping.

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt. If the shipping box shows damage, please take a photo and submit with your return request.

We will refund shipping costs to any damaged or defective items. We will exchange the product or if it is not available we will issue a refund or apply a store credit.

Lost Packages
If you do not receive your order, please contact us within 30 days of order placement.

Custom Items
We do not accept returns on custom made items.


U.S. Shipping

We ship via USPS first class mail and priority mail when applicable. We currently do not offer overnight shipping.

We do our best to ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order Monday-Friday. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.

International Shipping
Currently we are not able to ship outside the US. We will have international shipping available in the coming months.
If you would like to place an order to ship outside the US, please email us outlining the products you would like and we will obtain a shipping quote for you.

Order Processing
We accept payment by credit card as well as Paypal. Your card is charged when you place your order on our website.

If you need to change your order or billing/shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at and provide the order number and your name.
